This is a pearl and turquoise necklace and is approximately 17 inches in length.  It has a double stone turquoise focal pendant set in sterling silver.  The bail is large so that you can easily slip it off and wear it with other necklaces or a choker.  The pendant is Approx 3 in tall x 1 in wide.  The top stone is approx 1 1/8 in tall x 7/8 in wide and the bottom stone is approx 3/4 in tall x 5/8 in wide.  This item was created by renowned jewelry artist Kavi Cohen of Portland, Maine.
