This is a pair of 14k gold earrings with blue topaz stones.  They are approx 1 1/8 in tall x 1/4 in wide.  The stones are approx 3/8 in tall x 1/4 in wide.  This item was created by Keith Fields, a third generation goldsmith in Brunswick, Maine.  And yes, you get the little girl earring holder too.
