This is a 14k gold pendant with a druzy stone.  It measures approx 1 1/8 in tall x 3/8 in wide.  This item was created by Keith Fields, a third generation goldsmith located in Brunswick, Maine.  It comes with an 18 in gold-filled chain.  Look around the site, there is a pair of matching earrings here so act quickly.
